If you would like to search for properties in Northern Virginia or the surrounding area's, please click on search MLS (multiple listing service) and begin. Please know your search is tied right to the Mid-Atlantic MRIS (Metropolitan Regional Information Systems) search engines that all Realtor's use to search for their client's. It should be 100% accurate.
Tip from Mike - When searching if you choose "Any Type" for your property type within your prospective price ranges you shouldn't miss a property. This had to be mentioned, because unfortunately, some Realtor's don't enter the property type correctly.

3) There is a trend within the industry to charge administrative fees to clients (average cost $295-$395). We will never charge these extraneous fees.
4) When a client is selling and moving up/down, we will take that into consideration and the client's savings will be tremendous.

Mike's Biography
Mike was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania. He grew up on residential homesites as a Builder's son and you might say real estate is in his blood.
Mike left Pennsylvania to attend the University of Maryland in College Park. He studied Business (marketing) and Journalism, and received a Bachelor of Science degree. He still enjoys following the Terrapin sports programs and does his best to support the alumni association. He has been living in the Northern Virginia area ever since graduating from Maryland. He currently resides in Ashburn, works out of the Reston Town Center location, and his services cover all of Northern Virginia.
Prior to residential real estate brokerage, Mike has worked in residential real estate appraisal, in new home sales with a nationally recognized builder, and in property management.
In his distant past, Mike owned and operated a lawn care/landscaping company (covered all Northern Virginia) and worked as an assistant golf professional at a private country club. He still loves to play, but seems he's to busy helping client's buy and sell homes these days. He has no regrets though, and says there will be plenty of time to get the handicap back down in the future.
